Position: Administrative Assistant [Contracts] - NOC 13110
Wage: $25.00 per hour (30 hours per week)
Job Description:
- Prepare reports relating to costs of materials and labour for construction projects
- Coordinate contracts between management and construction
- Set-up meetings as required with and for management
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries relating to construction estimates
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems using Blue Beam Software
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support managers in analyzing tenders
- Keep track of construction projects and control job sites through Blue Beam Software
- Perform all other administrative duties as required by management
Job Requirements:
- Completion of college program
- Experience in office administration
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of Blue Beam software
